Shipping and Returns


Shipping is provided via USPS and you will receive a tracking number when your order has shipped. Generally, shipments leave the warehouse within 24 hours of your order and should arrive withing 3-5 business days.

Rush mail via air-mail is available at checkout for an additional fee, but the package must weigh under 2lbs.



Within 30 days of the purchase returns are accepted only if the item has not been used or opened.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
After 30 days there are no refunds.
If the item has been opened, we do not accept returns unless it is a quality assurance issue such as a problem with the product.

Example: You purchase two products and upon receiving them you open and try one. You wish to return your products for a refund.
In this case, we will only accept returns for the unopened package.

If you feel you have an exception to this policy, you may
contact us during normal business hours and explain your circumstance.
You must have an order number which you may find under “My account” tab in the user area, or in the confirmation email sent to you when you purchased the products.
