where cbd comes from
CBD is one of 60 compounds (terpenes) found in hemp and marijuana. CBD is NON-Psychoactive and gives you no “high” feeling and has many potential uses.

is it legal?
Yes- if it’s from HEMP. CBD derived from HEMP is a legal and abundant product through out the US.
CBD derived from marijuana is not legal in all 50 states.
Whether it comes from HEMP or Marijuana, CBD is the same chemical with the same benefits. Drug tests do not check for CBD, although for extremely high dosages (1000mg per day or more) a THC positive test may occur.
